With a B. Tech in Automobile engineering from a top class university i.e. Anna University Chennai (1982-85), he did his MBA specialised in Industrial relations at Annamalai University a full time course with university ranking (1985-87). From 1987, served for the state government in State Transport Department. Moved to Bangalore in 1997 and started his career in car dealerships as senior manager handling multiple service centres and spare parts business as well. Grown in his career up to national level, handling service, parts, service marketing, and customer retention through customer satisfaction in Tata motor subsidiary. It helped him to understand the needs of the management, customers and the employees. From 1997, he had handled various products like Maruti, Tata, Fiat, and Ford which enlightened him on the prerequisites of different manufacturers. Worked In Oman Middle East, for a year (2014-15) handling Toyota, Kia, Daihatsu and Ford cars. At VST group, he headed State level service and parts operation of their Ford dealership.

Quality manpower means a lot in service industry since quality of the person results in quality output which enhances customer satisfaction which is the resource for a repeat business. This induced him to become an entrepreneur by starting a training institution from 2018 onwards.

A well-qualified & result oriented automobile professional with over 30 years of experience in Automobile industry (both with Principal & Retailers), worked in various positions. Over the years, handled various positions in senior management in the organizations and proved successful by delivering results consistently. I am a people person and quite successful in my career in identifying the right people and developing them through structured training and coaching.

Proven excellence in Service Training (Technical & Non-Technical)-Fleet Owner & In-house, Staff Supervision, and National Technicians Development Program. Successfully directed the strategic framework for training, performance management, talent planning, and assessment for a company-wide Leadership Training Program.

Pioneered solutions in directing process development for different operations and training professional (including external vendors) in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance technical skills and augment productivity for process robustness. Expertise in conceptualizing and implementing need-based process modifications such as development of material, modules and processes of training after thorough analysis for enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing resource utilization.

Managed and successfully led the “SAUD BHAWAN ROUP TRAINING CENTRE”, OMAN for TOYOA/KIA/FORD vehicles with more than 20 training staff. Also handled the ISO certification and documentation related to training centre.

Trained service personnel to win top skill awards at various skill contests conducted at Bahrain, South Korea & UAE for TOYOTA/KIA & FORD distributors.

During the tenure, training centre was awarded with IMI, UK and very well appreciated by Ministry of Higher education dept. of Oman government in providing various training programmes and training aids on CSR activities.

Started career as a technician in ‘Solar Automobiles” (Maruti authorized dealer) during the year 1989. The journey continued and currently working as a General Manger in “SURAKSHAA CAR CARE PVT LTD, a leading Maruti Suzuki dealership in Karnataka.

During the tenure of 3 decades & more, handled several portfolios like service, Sales, Body shop, used car (True value) at Surakshaa Car Care Pvt.Ltd. During the long career spanning 3 decades in automobile industry, underwent several training programmes both technical, administrative and soft skill.

Proficient and well qualified in electronics engineering field with excellent teaching and communication skills in various fields and organisations with good amount of experience.Have done B.E in Electronics and communication engineering in the year 2005 from RYMCE, Ballari from Visvesvaraya Technological University, M.E in Power Electronics from UVCE, Bangalore in the year 2008 and MBA in Human Resources Development from Sikkim Manipal University in the year 2016. Have worked in General Electric (GE) as Project Engineer and in Tesco Bengaluru as Software Engineer and also worked as Senior lecturer in two engineering colleges namely Vivekananda Institute of Technology (VKIT) and Vemana Institute of Technology (VIT) both in Bangalore. Have proficiently worked in hardware field related to machine design and improvements. Handled different customers and clients queries in the Oracle database deployment team of software field. Has excellent teaching record and communication skills in various subjects and labs handled in college and mentored engineering students successfully with their final year projects and has been project guide to various students and groups with their individual and group projects in engineering college.
